At Simatelex, successful quality assurance is best achieved by making it an integral part of product design and development. All products manufactured by Simatelex are made to conform to their corresponding international safety standards.

The Underwriters Laboratories (UL) of USA have certified Simatelex's laboratory to conduct product assessments under the UL Client Test Data Program. It is staffed by qualified engineers who conduct product evaluation and performance verification procedures in accordance with the UL Standards; thus expediting the process in obtaining the UL's authorization for products approval.

With the existing ISO9001:2000 Quality System and 5S Workplace Management practice in place, Simatelex's objective is to strive towards Total Quality Management.
