With headquarters based in Hong Kong, Simatelex has four production plants in China, taking up a total floor area of over 300,000 square meters (i.e. over 3 million square feet) with a work force of 15,000 workers.

The refusal to compromise short-term profits for long-term growth is evidenced by Simatelex's continuous investment in automation and production technology. Simatelex is one of the forerunners in the small electrical household appliance industry to use CAD-CAM facilities and robots. To provide customers with greater reliability and flexibility for its production, Simatelex is able to offer highly integrated production processes, which include Die-Casting, Anodizing, PCB Assembly, Spraying, Brazing, Plastic Injection and Metal Pressing. Coupled with the investment on manufacturing facilities, the Company has also made substantial investment on upgrading the internal system and facilities which include Management Information System, Office Automation Technology, 3D Engineering Design Software as well as the Satellite Link which provides an on-line environment between Hong Kong Headquarters and China plants for voice and data communication.
